This innovative service pack saves you time and money, and means that when you buy Canon’s world-renowned products, you’ll also benefit from our expertise in on-site maintenance.

What the Canon Easy Service Plan gives you

The real benefit of the Canon Easy Service Plan lies in its simplicity. Basically, it’s a package we’ve put together that means any devices you buy under the plan are maintained by Canon. Also, depending on the contract you choose, we can take care of  everything you need to make the most of your devices – including installation, training and on-site service. So you get great printing and faxing equipment and the security of knowing that you can call on expert support, quickly and easily.

What’s more, if you need any advice on getting the best from your Canon equipment, the Easy Service Plan gives you unlimited access to the Canon Helpdesk. Call the Helpdesk, and you’ll be speaking to product specialists who can often remedy the problem before an engineer is needed.

There are four levels of Contract to choose from, depending on your needs:

Contract 1: Standalone for A4 MFP (IR 1210/1500 SERIES) Includes service and parts for 1 year, excluding toner, gives access to the Canon Helpdesk.

Contract 2: Connection for A4 MFP (IR 1210/1500 SERIES) Includes installation, connection to 1 PC, service and parts for 1 year, excluding toner, gives access to the Canon Helpdesk.

Contract 3: Standalone for A3 MFP (IR2016J/2016/2020) Includes standalone on-site installation, service and parts for 1 year, excluding toner, gives access to the Canon Helpdesk.

Contract 4: Connection for A3 MFP (IR2016J/2016/2020) On-site installation, connection to 1 PC or network (1PC and 1 server), training (30 minutes for three users), service and parts for 1 year, excluding toner, gives access to the Canon Helpdesk.

Each of these contracts can run for between one and three years. To find out more about each of the options, click on the links on the righthand side.
